Stuff as in art! If I DeviantWATCH you it means that I will be notified every time you post something on deviant art. To post a pic here, you can just scan (get somebody to show you how yours works!) the picture onto the computer, save it, then click on the Submit Deviation [link] button. On DA, a piece of work that is posted online is called a Deviation.

To answer to your questions, deviantwatch is a button you can click on someone's profile so you can see everything they do/post up on DA. It's like becoming friends with someone. ^^ And you're supposed to post up drawings and stuff.
